Orders can only be cancelled before preparation has started. Once the order is being prepared, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Refunds are processed only for cancelled orders or in cases where the order cannot be fulfilled by Brijwasi.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on the payment provider.
Refunds will not be issued for orders that have already been prepared, delivered, or consumed, except where required by applicable law.
